Now Modeling: Commercial Studio Photoshoot

with one comment

Last Saturday we did a studio photoshoot in our home studio and it was being split into 2 sessions. The models are Jean Lim & Stella Matilda. Both of them did a great job together with the photographers in the studio. We have 2 triggers that were used to triggers the studio lightings, in total we uses 4 of the lights during the shoot. We only had 2 triggers, so some of the photographers manage to triggers the lights with speedlights flashes, that’s good and every can shoot together at the same time without waiting for the triggers.

All photographers had fun as well as the models. Ok so, we videoed the entire behind the scene of the sessions. Hope you guys enjoy the video. I’ll post up some photos soon, hopefully by tomorrow.

Cheers!

Hulu Langat Waterfall Search

leave a comment »

My friend and I went for a Waterfall Search in Hulu Langat last week, Sunday. We have been there for several times, if you follow me on Facebook, you should be able to know that I went there for a shooting in Kuala Pansoon. You may check out some of the photos uploaded by the members here.

Well, we took off from Petaling Jaya at around 1pm, and head to Cheras to meet up with a partner, then we head to Hulu Langat at 3:30pm, and we’re supposed to reach there at 4pm. Well, we were late there, and thank God we manage to meet the Orang Asli guide that was supposed to bring us to the waterfall scene.

After hearing some information from the Orang Asli, we insisted to go as it will take around 1 hour 15min to reach the Waterfall scene from where we park our car. Yeap, we struggle and we took the challenge and continue to hike up and up and up. Don’t play play with Orang asli, they really have the energy to hike the jungle, going up & going down the slope is like walking up & down the staircase… They are really strong.

Once we have passed the adventurous path to the waterfall, Wow….!! it’s really a beautiful waterfall, and we’ve planned to do a photoshooting session up there at the waterfall scene.

Hope you guys like the video, and may you enjoy the reporting session :D

Oh ya, we went for Durian Kampung while we were on the way back to PJ. Fantastic Durian from Pahang, and we took 3 durians in total.. Wow.. and guess what, I got ulcer attacked in my mouth the next day, and I need to drink lotsa water.

Cheers!!

Ever thought of What is friends are for to you this question? Well, you might be having a lot of friends around you, while some of you might only have a few close friends by the side that cheers you up when you’re down.

I was impressed & touched by a song named “That’s what friends are for”. The song talks about what a friend is really are to an individual. Perhaps, you might not realized that, well, this song will definitely reminds you back what a friend are for and how important it is a friend for you.

I searched YouTube and found this song. Wow… I only managed to download the MP3 over the Internet. Well, this is a old old song which inspires me over this few weeks.

THE NIGHT LIFE OF JOGJAKARTA INDONESIA

with one comment

Photos first, then videos at the end of the posts.. Enjoy!! :D

Before I start compiling the photos and starts writing about the trip I had to Jogjakarta few weeks back, I would like to show you the night life of Jogjakarta that I’ve recorded down with my mobile, Nokia N70 Music Edition. I think it gives me good results.

Hope you enjoy the photos and videos from Nokia N70

Taking a trishaw ride is a must in Indonesia. This is called the taxi or cab in Indonesia. It’s quite relaxing when you take a ride at night where you can enjoy the scenery and the night life of Jogjakarta along the street.

25092008005

While we were riding with the trishaw, I start doing camwhores. I snap this photo on the trishaw, but standing up instead of sitting down. It’s quite dangerous though, as the trishaw was shaking shaking while the rider was riding it.

25092008006

It’s quite fun. They charge around 15,000 – 20,000 per person, convert to MYR is around RM5-RM8 per person, and per ride. It’s not too bad.

Myself and Brasco, my colleague we took the trishaw for 2 nights because we thought it’s quite fun and enjoy!

25092008009

Then, we saw a group of street group performers performing some classical music and rock and roll at the street. They can play well with the guitars and the big violin, I think it’s called the cello.

25092008010

That’s the night life of Jogjakarta for the young people and even the older ones. They will gather around and sing songs, dancing and enjoy together. I think you can’t find it in Malaysia. The relationship they had with each other, and the tourists are so close.

They even dance with the tourist, while one of the tourist try to play the percussion with rock n roll song. Cool… check out the video down there.

Ok guys… enjoy the videos I have recorded with Nokia N70. There are two parts.
